969 arquitectos is led by Fernando Pérez del Pulgar Mancebo, Leopoldo González Jiménez and Juan Francisco Parrilla Sánchez, employing six architects, urban planners and landscape architects; and collaborates with experienced plumbing and HVAC engineers, technicians and installers, geographers specializing in urban planning, structural engineers, environmentalists, real estate lawyers, archaeologist and other specialized personnel enabling 969 arquitectos to offer turnkey services for any size project to our clients.

969 arquitectos possesses over 10 years of experience, having already build over 100.000s.q.m of hotels, hospitals, museums, sport facilities and private residences, plus being a sought after expert in consulting on urban planning, and public spaces. We enjoy working on all size projects, from large-scale government and industrial projects to individual, smaller private home projects.   • Second prize in the competition for the Rehabilitation of the Ecija town hall in Sevilla launched by the City Council of Ecija.

 

  • Third place in the competition “Design of the Wall Utrera Park,” launched by City Council of Utrera, Sevilla.

 

  • Honorable mention (third place) in the competition for the management of Plaza de las Monjas in Huelva, launched by City Council of Huelva with COA.

A strong link to academia is continuously enforced through our partners’ teaching engagement as professors at the Universidad de Malaga and as guest lecturers at other Spanish and international architecture schools. In addition we participate in training and continued education for young professionals.

The dedication to further the development of architecture expresses itself in our publications. Our bibliography includes academic titles, architectural courses and articles in renowned magazines. For the 2005 article in the architecture magazine “Neutra” we were recognized with an award from the “Colegio de Arquitectos de Malaga.”
