The program received by the property for the drafting of this project consist of one dwelling in the upper and ground floor and car parks with storage rooms in the basement.
Basement: it is located at level 85.80 m and is aligned with the public road in the southern border. It lets the access to the house. The road access is done through a ramp that meets the difference in height between the street and the parking area. Pedestrian access is carried out through an entrance hall that leads to a staircase heading to the garden on the ground floor. A storeroom, several installation rooms and a lift that goes up to upper floors can be found passing a passageway from the car park area (with capacity for 4 vehicules).
Ground Floor: it is located at the level 92.00 m. The access to the dwelling is made at this floor (in the center of the house). Then, the kitchen, the dining room and the living can be found passing an entrance hall and turning left. From here, there is an access to a covered terrace that heads to a staircase and a lift which connect this space with the upper west side and the basement+ the upper floor respectively. To the right of the entrance hall there is a hallway from which it is possible to reach the bathroom on the ground floor, a bedroom and the stairs leading to the upper east side.
The upper floor is located at the level 95.33 m and divided into two wings:
– On the one hand, the main bedroom (with a complete bathroom and a dressing room) is placed in this level.
– The access to the west wing is reached through the staircase and the elevator in the living area. On the other hand, one bathroom and two double bedrooms are placed in the east wing, which can be reached from the East staircase.
