It’s a house with 3 floors: ground floor, first floor and basement. The access to the plot is located to the public street in North limit.
The most influential parameter for this solution was surely the plot’s position, because was in a hillside with a panoramic view to the golf club and its pinewoods with the telón sea in the background. This position offers a 180 degrees view, and it generated an L form, the best opened form as possible.
This L building allows getting independent from the adjacent plots which share a wall and create at the same time a new closed space.
The volume it’s covered by wood orientable lame, so they allow to regulate every time privacy and illumination.
