The plot, which covers almost 4,000 m2, is located in the luxurious Finca de Madrid development, an unbeatable environment that has become the area of choice for many celebrities to establish their residence, as it has large green areas and advanced security systems.
In this idyllic setting, we have designed a house with more than 1,000 m² built area, using simple lines and emphatic geometry over two floors. The volume is conceived as a series of planes that fold and wrap around the house.
The double-height access and vestibule give the entrance space the grand scale it needs in accordance with its importance. This space is dominated by a sculptural spiral staircase that dynamically articulates the different floors of the building.
