The property is located in the “Los Flamingos” development, one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol. A few meters from the Villa Padierna Golf Club, the plot has unbeatable views of the Mediterranean Sea and the fairway. Therefore, the opening of the house to these good views was the starting point of this ambitious residential project.
The layout was arranged in three parallel bands, over two heights, in which patios were interspersed that illuminate and ventilate the different rooms. In the central band is a large courtyard forming the heart of the design. The living room, of great height, is located at the head of the complex and opens at the corner to the landscape and to the extensive porch, totally free of any structural element.
The rest of the layout is located in the basement, which has a spa, fitness room, party room and cinema, which are illuminated through an extensive covered porch.
Another highlight of the house is the arrangement of the outdoor areas, where the use of overflowing infinity pools stands out, generating a series of waterfalls. The great difference in elevation between the street and the golf course is softened by a series of terraces that give the complex a certain monumentality and allow a comfortable descent to the tennis court. At the southern edge of the plot there is a gazebo on a mound, which is used to give privacy to the house with respect to the adjoining house.
